How do you practice self-care?

Books would be better than all the TV and sports, movies, and shows.

Sugar and junk foods are part of the medicine, too, but not alcohol or drugs.

Good literature, and food and drinks, is great self-care. Friends and religious services are really good, too. Some nature and playing games, a drive or visit or road trip…
